Currently, La Manga Bowls Club has approximately 80 members; our group is multi-national, with a spread of ages spanning 40 years plus our practice roll ups (informal competitions) are great fun where both men and women compete together.
We welcome new members, and applications are invited for membership whether you live in the La Manga Club resort, or nearby. Experienced bowlers and novices alike are welcomed. Coaching is available for new players when needed as well as for more experienced players looking to improve their game. Equipment can be borrowed without charge from the tennis centre.
Once you are a member you can book a rink and play bowls at any time when the green is available. Informal competitions are arranged every Wednesday and Saturday afternoons and there are also a number of club competitions in different formats that can be entered over the winter season.

In addition to bowls, we have several social events which are very popular. One of the best features of our club is the friendliness of our members who enjoy socializing after our bi-weekly roll ups. And during the course of the season there are no less than 3 sit-down lunches or dinners where we enjoy great conversation, awards presentations, raffles and more.
During the winter months we compete against other clubs in the Levante Lawn Bowls league, Southern division.
